That's right! As of a little of over a week ago, we welcomed our baby, little P into the world. We are very excited and can't wait to experience the world through his eyes. So, the good news is that I am on maternity leave but I do have my hands full. I'll try to post something each week and you'll probably see a few more shortcuts!
Speaking of shortcuts, I made these buns from frozen dough yesterday that was leftover from Easter. Simply place two frozen pieces into a greased muffin cup and thaw overnight. Let rise until doubled and bake. Easy to make because it mostly needs time to rise. In fact, I'm so inspires I think I'm going to buy frozen pie crust, bread dough and puff pastry and see what simple but I interesting things I can make- all in a very time constrained setting.
And with fall weather just around the corner, it's a great time to bake!
