They make it with 1 ½ oz quebranta pisco, 1 oz pineapple squares macerated in gum syrup, 2 oz water and 1 ¼ oz lemon (3/4 oz Peruvian lemon), 1 cherry. If you are trying it at home, make sure you chill your glass with a lot of ice before pouring in the mixture.
